ONE TO ONE private WORKSHOPS - £500pp
My one to one private workshops are just that - a whole day dedicated to you and what you wnat to change about your running or life. Before we meet at my home office near Leeds I’ll ask you what you want to get from the day and we will take it from there. Expect a whole day of mindset work tailored to your needs, a 6-9 mile run with me and Pickle and a load of homework and a plan to go home with. These are a kick up the arse to start changing things and they really have impact.
As a qualified life coach, I bring both lived experience, the experience of my coached athletes and the immense amount of work I have done around mindset to our sessions to really get to the bottom of whatever issue it is that is bothering you. Whether its imposter syndrome, comparison, not feeling joy in your running anymore, or just having lost your mojo, we wil sort it out together.
I generally host these workshops on Thursday but am happy to chat about dates and even locations. for more information on one to one workshops, drop me an email here.
31 DAYS - DOING THE WORK LIVE WORKSHOPS - £150PP
In support of the book I have put together a couple of one day workshops that I hope will be super helpful to people when it comes to doing the work specified in the book. At these workshops we will work as a group to talk about what gets in our way mentally and how to overcome it through simple but effective mindset excercises and shifts. You can expect real life examples, camaraderie, support and to come away with not only a load of new knowledge but a load of new friends. Workshops are capped at 30 people per workshop and you wil be working in groups of five. I guarantee these workshops will change you and how you think. There is power in numbers.
These workshops aren’t just for runners - this is mindset work for life. if you have any questions please drop me an email.
The workshops are £150 pp and this includes a delicious lunch (we cater for vegans and GF), tea, coffee, snacks and a goodie bag. The days run from 9.30-4.30pm and you can get tickets and more information here:
